To discuss projects/consulting/coaching
My career has spanned three decades across high profile arts and business in the UK and globally. I typically work on ambitious projects and am often a catalyst for new initiatives.
I have produced work across mediums, scales and with a myriad of international stakeholders. From a mixed British and Israeli background, I'm drawn to diverse thinking and fresh ways of working.
Developing a chronic and life altering illness in my twenties has played into my philosophy of life as a game and a belief that all games can be won if framed in the right way. I like to think my style brings a unique blend of ambition, balance, clarity, creativity, and fun. I'm a devoted mother of two and operate within the framework that success for those I work with doesn't have to come at the price of the wider life they want to live.
My consulting and coaching work draws on my time in senior leadership and Board positions, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at internationally renowned design and production company 59 Productions. I've learnt as much from senior business leaders and CEOs as I have from arts professionals; this comes from significant time spent as a Development Director, forging major new corporate sponsorships with the likes of Accenture and Markit.
I've led through crises – most recently taking a predominantly live events organisation through the global pandemic – that have taught me why leadership matters so much, and how taking the time to build an indestructible culture will pay off when the tide goes out.
I incorporate techniques born out of sports psychology and sports coaching, as well as business coaching in large part derived from Sir John Whitmore and Carol Wilson (ex-Virgin and Richard Branson co-executive), who I have worked closely with as a mentee and coachee over a decade.
My qualifications include: Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, covering Strategy, Finance, Leadership & Governance; Coaching accreditation from the Institute of Learning & Management;
Diploma in Sports Psychology from the The Behaviour Institute; BSc in English Literature from York University.
