I work with CEOs as a confidential outside ear and key person in their corner. I am currently supporting a number of leaders with challenges, as well as helping them to look to the future and to carve out goals and plans for achieving them.
Whilst my work in this area often starts with an individual, I find it usually broadens out to incorporate wider work where I can create value both for the individual client as well as the teams they are part of, the organisation they work for, the organisations' stakeholders and the wider communities and ecology that the organisation is part of. This is particularly crucial when developing team culture and strategic objectives that everyone is bought into and can deliver on.
